The Bwendi Republican Army TOE

This is a place to consolidate and finalise my witterings about the Bwendi Republican Army and for placing their Tables of Organisation and Equipment so that I have a ready reference for them, now that I know we shall be using Tomorrow's War for most of our games. I assume it will require some fettling as I go along so expect changes every so often.
